Neck Motor Control and Strengthening Exercises
These exercises have been developed by the Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) and are based on the latest evidence-based Clinical Practice Guidelines for Neck Pain Associated Disorders and Whiplash Associated Disorders. For recent onset neck pain we suggest talking to your doctor or chiropractor before starting the program. Generally exercises should be gradually introduced and resistance gradually increased. All exercises should be performed in a comfortable range (minimal to no pain).
