Clearbrook Chiropractic and Massage is a health clinic made up of four Chiropractors, four Massage Therapists, and two acupuncturists. The clinic was founded by Dr. Brad Gueldner and Dr. Dana Gueldner in 1995. Their eldest son, Dr. Morgan Gueldner, joined the chiropractic practice in 2014, and their youngest daughter, Paige Gueldner RMT, started the massage therapy clinic. As a family of health practitioners, our passion is treating families in our community. We have been serving the Abbotsford community for over 25 years by providing high quality, patient-centered care to the Abbotsford area.

Our clinic is a family clinic that sees a wide range of patients from newborns to retirees. We adapt our techniques to treat a variety of patients including: pregnant women, newborns, kids, athletes, and seniors. Our clinic is equipped to deal with ICBC claims, WorkSafeBC claims, MSP coverage, RCMP, and Veteran Affairs. We pride ourselves on having a first name relationship with many of our patients and partnering with you to help you achieve your health goals. At our clinic we strive to create a warm friendly environment and helping you get back to feeling normal and pain-free.

About Our Chiropractors:

Dr. Bradley Gueldner
Dr. Brad was born and raised in Saskatchewan, where he farmed for 20 years before becoming a Chiropractor. Throughout his career, Dr. Brad has had the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, from newborns to elderly. He is passionate about providing evidence based, patient centered care using a variety of techniques including manual manipulation, SOT, Graston, KT Tape, patient education, Thompson drop, flexion distraction, trigger points, soft tissue therapy and activator.

Dr. Brad is an avid outdoorsman who when not in the office can be found camping and playing with his two Cairn Terrier’s; Griffin and Rori. He enjoys working on his acreage where he raises heritage breed layers and has a small vineyard. Dr. Brad also is passionate about sailing, kayaking, curling, watching hockey, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. He graduated over 30 years ago from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has provided excellent care to the community of Abbotsford since 1995.

Dr. Morgan Gueldner
Dr. Morgan Gueldner followed in his parents’ footsteps and joined the family practice in 2014. Most of the fancy new equipment, rehab programs, online booking, and website content stem from his joining the practice.

Before pursuing chiropractic, Dr. Morgan attended a honours science undergraduate degree at UBC in biotechnology before moving to Toronto to complete his Chiropractic degree at the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He regularly reads research journals and loves to use his vast research knowledge to help treat patients and educate them about their health. Dr. Morgan has a special passion for helping young athletes and for motivating his patients to be active. He draws experience from years of playing baseball, rep soccer, competitive swimming with the Abbotsford Whalers, and training for marathons. When Dr. Morgan isn’t at the office, you can find him trail running, making lattes, and spending time with his wife, and 5-year-old daughter.

Dr. Karen Vaughan. Chiropractor at Clearbrook Chiropractic and Massage (Abbotsford)

Dr. Karen Vaughan
Dr. Karen Vaughan earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she was the Chair of National Student Canadian Chiropractic Association. Prior to this, Karen graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology with honors, at which she had the opportunity to travel to the island of Antigua and Barbuda where she taught physical education to elementary school students with physical and mental disabilities. This sparked Karen’s special interest in pediatric care. Additionally, through her studies, Karen worked on the sidelines of various of sports teams including varsity rugby sevens, baseball and junior hockey.
 
Since then, although Karen has had the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, her focus in additional courses have surrounded the athletic, pediatric, and pregnant populations. This has enhanced her ability to treat functional issues related to conditions such as coccydynia and tongue tie. Karen is passionate about evidence-based care and teaching her patients how they can be an advocate for their own health. When Karen isn’t in the office, you can find her taking full advantage of the outdoors through hiking, running marathons, and slow-pitch, with her partner Riley, and their dogs Smiley and Bailey not far behind.

Dr. Tori Thomas

Dr. Victoria Thomas
Dr. Tori Thomas was born and raised in Abbotsford. She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley while she also played for the university women’s soccer team. Dr. Tori studied chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and graduated Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Sports Medicine. Throughout her clinical experience, Dr. Tori has had the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, from newborns to elderly. As an athlete herself, Dr. Tori enjoys working with other athletes to help them achieve their goals. She has a special interest in pediatrics and pregnancy, in which she has taken additional courses to further her knowledge.

Dr. Tori uses an evidence-based approach while treating a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions and she is dedicated to maintaining patient-centered care and education. Dr. Tori is a certified Active Release Technique provider and continues to involve herself in the growing field of manual therapy. On weekends, you can find Dr. Tori hiking or running with her partner, Jordan, and their dog, Scout. Dr. Tori joined our team of chiropractors and massage therapists in 2020.

Dr. Dana Gueldner

Dr. Dana Gueldner graduated 30 years ago from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic and has provided excellent care to the community of Abbotsford since 1995. She is passionate about providing a high level of personal care for her patients. She loves working with woman and children. Having had 4 children of her own including a set of twins, she understands the unique challenges that pregnancy, breast feeding and the care of a family have on the physiology and biomechanics of a woman. She has treated patients in every stage of life from newborn to elderly, individuals who have work injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries, sports injuries and those that want optimum function. Recently she has restricted her practice to the treatment of pregnant and new moms as well as infants and toddlers.
She has her Webster certification which allows her to ensure the optimum pelvic function for best outcomes in the birth process. She should complete her Pediatric certification in 2025 adding more tools to evaluate and treat infants and children who are struggling with neurodivergence, feeding issues, delay in reaching mile stones as well as wellness care.

When Dr. Dana is not in the office you will find her enjoying her grandchildren, working in her garden, playing in her chicken coop or creating a meal for her family and friends. She also loves camping, hiking, trail running, snowshoeing, sailing and kayaking whenever she can get away.

About Our Acupuncturists:

Jaekwon Kim

Jaekwon (JK) Kim
Jaekwon is a registered acupuncturist of CTCMA who specializes in Korean-style acupuncture. With a diverse skill set encompassing acupressure, cupping, meridian massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, hair regrowth techniques, dietary counseling, and facial cosmetic acupuncture, JK offers comprehensive care tailored to each individual.

Beyond merely addressing symptoms, JK’s mission is to facilitate swift recovery by targeting the root cause of discomfort. His holistic approach aims not only to heal the body but also to enhance overall well-being.

JK’s warm demeanor and infectious laughter create a welcoming environment for his patients, fostering relaxation and trust from the moment they walk through the door.

Drawing upon his extensive academic background, including a PhD in biochemistry and an MSc in microbiology, JK combines scientific knowledge with traditional healing practices to provide effective treatment strategies. He holds a 5th-degree black belt in Taekwondo and speaks multiple languages.

Benjamin Giesbrecht

Benjamin Giesbrecht RMT
Ben graduated from CDI College in 2019 and has worked with a variety of orthopedic and systemic conditions, including frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, and sciatica. Ben is known for deep tissue massage and uses a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point release therapy, and General Swedish Massage. In addition to focusing on specific conditions, Ben also believes in balancing the nervous system and facilitating healing through relaxation-focused therapy. Having grown up in holistic health care (his father is a chiropractor), Ben understands the value of not just treating specific conditions but treating the person as a whole.

 

 

Jerry Ju

Jerry Ju RMT
Jerry is a calm and easygoing RMT who graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2023. Specializing in a holistic treatment approach and client-centred care, he is proficient in addressing a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, stress & anxiety, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Jerry is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of therapeutic treatments, such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and lymphatic drainage therapy.
Jerry’s passion for maintaining a healthy diet and practising meditation further enhances his ability to promote overall well-being and balance for his clients.

 

 

Noah Baker, RMT

Noah Baker RMT

Noah Baker is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT), where he developed a strong foundation in various massage techniques and treatments. Originally from Abbotsford, BC, Noah’s passion for helping others led him to pursue a career in massage therapy. His experience allows him to address a wide range of conditions, from sports injuries to stress-related tension. Noah’s approach focuses on providing effective care that not only relieves symptoms but also targets their root causes to prevent recurrence.

Noah has been married to his wife, Mackenzie, since December 2023, and he is committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized care.

 

 

Quy Duong

Quy Duong RMT

Quy Duong is a recent graduate of CDI College of Massage Therapy. He has developed the knowledge and skills to treat pain and discomfort through a variety of techniques such as swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and joint mobilizations.

With a strong interest in physical and mental health, he studied the many parts of the human body. This inspired him to pursue a career in massage therapy. His education and personal experiences have given him a solid understanding of the body’s mechanics, allowing him to help others recover from injuries and manage pain through massage therapy and education. He is committed to lifelong learning, both for his own growth and to better serve his patients.

Outside of his work, Quy enjoys challenging himself physically through many forms of activity. These activities include things like weightlifting, swimming and more.

 

 

About Our Non-Registered Massage (Body Worker):

Iris Shi

Iris is a dedicated and compassionate Student Massage Therapist with a background in psychology and a deep commitment to holistic wellness. She began her journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta, where she discovered a passion for understanding the mind-body connection and its vital role in overall health. Driven to make a difference in people’s lives, Iris found her calling in massage therapy and has since been cultivating her skills at Vancouver Career College. Here, she has developed a profound respect for the therapeutic power of massage and its ability to promote both physical and mental well-being.

In her practice, Iris prioritizes personalized care, working closely with each client to develop customized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and needs. Drawing on techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, and myofascial release, she creates balanced sessions designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote deep relaxation. Guided by her combined expertise in psychology and massage therapy, Iris is committed to providing care that honors the mind-body connection and fosters genuine, lasting well-being.
