These exercises have been developed by the Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) and are based on the latest evidence-based Clinical Practice Guidelines for Neck Pain Associated Disorders and Whiplash Associated Disorders. You can find a printable PDF below and view videos for reference.

These exercises should be performed in a comfortable range (minimal to no pain) and can be performed daily as needed.
